If you open Task Manager without any problem, please see the running processes in the tab "Processes", you may be able to find a doubt full process / es that resemble the name of the virus.
Stop the process and you will be blocked most of the functions by the virus, work as normal.

Many viruses are not so easy to follow and the process / es of the virus [virus program or u can say virus itself] to take the name of a window or camouflage in the process windowProcess.
But often the process ends, a window is more dangerous than the virus, so you need quite sure of the process you are terminating.
